Our Renovation Process - From First Conversation to Final Walk-Through
1. DISCOVERY
Every project begins with a meaningful conversation. During this initial meeting, we take the time to understand your vision, goals, budget, expectations and concerns. This step helps us confirm mutual fit and ensures a shared understanding of your project’s direction before moving forward.
2. CONSULTATION
Next, we conduct a complimentary in-home consultation, to experience your space firsthand. During this visit, we take detailed measurements, discuss functionality, and begin exploring design possibilities. This is where ideas start to take shape, guided by your lifestyle and the unique characteristics of your home.
3.DESIGN
With a clear understanding of your space and goals, our design team creates a customized plan that balances both style and substance. To deliver this level of thoughtful detail and creative expertise, we charge a design fee for this phase.
In turn we will present concepts, material options, and finishes that align with your taste and vision. Throughout the design process, we encourage open dialogue—asking questions, reviewing details, and refining selections together.
This collaborative approach ensures a design that feels refined, intentional, and distinctly yours.
4. WALK-THROUGH
Once the design has been approved, your project manager and our trusted trade partners meet on-site for a comprehensive walk-through. Together, we review the existing conditions, verify all measurements, and evaluate any design adjustments needed before construction. This step ensures total alignment and accuracy across the project team.
5. PROPOSAL
After all construction and design details have been confirmed, we prepare a detailed project proposal outlining the full scope of work, cost, and schedule. Every element is presented with precision and transparency, giving you complete clarity and confidence before committing to construction.
6. PREPARATION
With your proposal approved, our team begins coordinating logistics—finalizing schedules, ordering materials, and securing any necessary permits. Your project manager oversees every aspect of preparation to ensure the upcoming construction phase is seamless, efficient, and well organized.
7. CONSTRUCTION
This is where your vision comes to life. Our skilled craftsmen execute every detail with precision, maintaining the highest standards of quality and care.
Throughout construction, your project manager will provide consistent updates and keep a keen oversight, ensuring each phase of your project progresses smoothly and exceeds your expectations.
We take pride in running a clean, safe jobsite and will end each day with site clean-up to ensure your space remains safe and orderly.
8. COMPLETION
As construction concludes, our team will conduct a project walk-through to create a detailed punch list of any details that need to be fine tuned. This step ensures that every aspect meets our quality standards.
Once all items are addressed, we will meet with you for a final walk-through to review your completed project and confirm that every detail of the project is exactly as promised during the proposal.
When you’re fully satisfied, we will have the space cleaned and then you’ll sign a Certificate of Completion, marking the official start of your warranty period and the beginning of your new space’s next chapter.
